# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Its basically a vacation in a glass without the airport security lines
  • The frozen watermelon creates the most incredible slushy texture so no ice needed
  • Takes literally ten minutes from freezer to first sip
02 -
  • If your watermelon wasn't quite frozen enough, toss in a handful of ice but reduce the coconut milk by a splash or you'll end up with soup
  • Coconut water instead of coconut milk totally works and turns this into the lightest, most hydrating thing you'll drink all summer
  • Adult version: 1 to 2 ounces of white rum per glass disappears beautifully into all that tropical flavor
03 -
  • If your blender struggles with frozen fruit, add the liquid first and let it sit for 2 minutes before blending
  • The riper your watermelon, the less sweetener you'll need, so taste the fruit before freezing
