Greek Yogurt Parfait Layers (Printable)

Creamy yogurt layered with fresh berries and crunchy granola, perfect for any time of day.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

→ Fruit

02 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

→ Sweeteners

03 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

→ Grains

04 - 1 cup granola

→ Optional Toppings

05 - 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
07 - Zest of 1 lemon

# Directions:

01 - Wash berries thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Hull and slice strawberries into quarters, leaving smaller berries whole.
02 - Place four clear glasses or jars on a clean work surface. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each glass, spreading evenly.
03 - Drizzle approximately 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup over the yogurt layer in each glass.
04 - Distribute a handful of mixed berries across each glass, creating an even layer over the sweetened yogurt.
05 - Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of granola over the berry layer in each glass.
06 - Continue alternating layers: remaining yogurt, additional sweetener, berries, and granola until glasses are filled to within 1/2 inch of the rim.
07 - Top each parfait with remaining granola, chopped nuts, chia seeds, and lemon zest if using. Serve immediately for optimal crunch or refrigerate 15-30 minutes for softer texture.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • You can assemble these in under ten minutes even on chaotic mornings
  • The layers look impressive but require zero actual cooking skills
  • Perfect for using up whatever fruit is sitting in your fridge
02 -
  • The granola gets soggy if these sit too long so add the final crunch right before serving
  • Clear glasses are essential because the beautiful layered presentation is half the experience
  • Room temperature fruit releases more juice making the layers slide together faster
03 -
  • Use a piping bag or ziplock with corner cut for cleaner yogurt layers
  • Angle your glasses slightly when adding granola to prevent it from falling through the yogurt
