Healthy Radish Tzatziki Dip (Printable)

A refreshing Mediterranean-style dip with crisp radishes, cool cucumber, and creamy Greek yogurt, seasoned with fresh dill and mint.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 8 medium radishes, washed and grated
02 - 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated
03 - 1 garlic clove, finely minced

→ Dairy

04 - 1 cup Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat as preferred)

→ Herbs & Seasonings

05 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)

08 - 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
09 - ½ teaspoon salt

03 - Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated and dip reaches a creamy, uniform consistency.
04 - Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to balance flavors.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop and meld together.
06 - Serve chilled, garnished with additional fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
