11 - 1 tbsp olive oil
12 - 1/2 tsp black pepper

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The honey garlic glaze creates this gorgeous sticky coating that makes even simple vegetables taste like they came from a restaurant
  • Everything cooks in one skillet so you get maximum flavor with minimal cleanup
  • It is one of those forgiving meals where you can swap in whatever vegetables you have in the crisper drawer
02 -
  • Do not overcrowd your skillet or the vegetables will steam instead of getting those nice browned edges
  • The sauce will continue to thicken as it cools slightly, so do not panic if it looks thin at first
  • Honey can burn easily over high heat, so keep the temperature at medium or slightly below
03 -
  • Cut all your vegetables into similar sized pieces so they cook evenly
  • Preheat your skillet properly before adding the kielbasa for the best sear
  • Taste a piece of vegetable with the sauce before serving and adjust with more honey or soy sauce if needed
